NICHOLAS REINKELUERS
| Nicholas Reinkeluers is an associate at Moore Barristers. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2013 and has experience in a broad range of civil litigation matters. Nicholas has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of cases, including professional negligence actions, oppression remedy and shareholder dispute cases, partnership disputes, wrongful dismissal and employment related proceedings, CCAA litigation and related proceedings, disciplinary and administrative proceedings, and other commercial litigation. Nicholas has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, and has been involved in matters before the Divisional Court, Court of Appeal, and various administrative tribunals including the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (CPAO), Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) and the Law Society of Upper Canada (LSUC). Nicholas obtained his law degree from the University of Western Ontario (2012), and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario (2009). |
