DIANA M. SOOS
Diana was called to the Ontario Bar in 2004 and has spent the
past 13 years practicing in the area of civil litigation, with an
emphasis on corporate and commercial litigation,
administrative law and professional discipline.

More specifically, Diana has represented clients in a wide
range of litigation, including, among other things:
administrative law and professional discipline proceedings,
including judicial review applications, relating to and before the
Law Society of Upper Canada (LSUC) and the Chartered
Professional Accountants of Ontario (CPAO); oppression
remedy and other shareholder disputes involving corporate
fraud and breach of fiduciary duty; partnership disputes;
bankruptcy and CCAA proceedings; breach of contract
disputes; real estate litigation in relation to breaches of
agreements of purchase and sale; commercial tenancy
disputes, which have included injunction proceedings;
wrongful dismissal actions; as well as appellate litigation
before the Ontario Divisional Court and Court of Appeal.

Diana obtained her law degree from Queen's University
(2003), a Master of Business Administration from the
Schulich School of Business (2000), and holds a Bachelor of
Science from Queen's University (1998).
